The Berkley Riverfront, located within RiverPort North, is set to become a world-class destination, merging urban convenience with natural beauty. This 575,000-square-foot mixed-use development redefines riverfront living with a seamless integration of residential, retail, dining, and office spaces. The project features two levels of restaurants and retail spaces along the main street, supported by 300 parking spaces. Above the podium, an amenity level offers residents and guests shared community spaces designed for connection and relaxation.
Four residential towers, ranging from 6 to 12 stories, rise above the amenity deck, offering a variety of living options from flexible studios to expansive penthouses. Each tower is strategically rotated to maximize sunlight and capture breathtaking views of downtown and the riverfront. At the heart of the development, a central pool area serves as a striking focal point, providing a serene retreat within the urban landscape.
